Let your guests browse the menu and place orders directly from their phones by scanning QR codes at each table. Great for reducing ordering errors and speeding up service.

Go to Tables in the app Tap Tables > QR Codes from the main navigation. You'll see your complete table layout.

Generate a unique QR for each table Tap a table number, then tap Generate QR Code. Each table gets a unique QR linked to your live menu. This QR will never change — guests always get the latest menu when they scan.

Download and print all QR codes Tap Download All to get a PDF with all your table QR codes ready to print. Print on card stock, laminate them, and place them on table standees or menus.

Guest scans and orders When a guest scans the QR with their phone camera, your live digital menu opens instantly in a browser. They browse categories, add items with modifiers, and tap Place Order.

QR order appears on your dashboard The order instantly appears on your KDS and Orders screen, tagged with the correct table number. No waiter transcription needed — exact customer choices with zero errors.

- Update your menu availability before busy hours so guests only see items you can actually serve.
- QR codes don't expire — you can update prices and items without reprinting QR codes.
- Combine QR ordering with traditional waiter service for flexibility — some guests prefer to order via waiter.
