These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unavakam mobile application and related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using Unavakam, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Unavakam is intended for restaurant owners, managers, staff, and authorized business users. You represent that you have authority to use the app on behalf of the restaurant or business account you register under.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding OTP-based login access on your registered phone number.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and role permissions.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4. Services Provided

Unavakam provides restaurant management capabilities, including but not limited to menu management, order processing, billing workflows, feedback handling, staff operations, and reporting features. Certain features may vary by plan, configuration, device, or region.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

• Paid features may require an active subscription plan.
• Applicable fees, billing cycle, and taxes are shown before purchase or renewal.
• You authorize us and our payment partners to process subscription charges and applicable taxes.
• Non-payment may result in temporary suspension or restricted access to paid features.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Unavakam lawfully and responsibly. You are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of menu, tax, pricing, and operational data entered by your team.
• Compliance with applicable tax, labor, and food business regulations.
• Obtaining necessary customer consent where required for communication.
• Maintaining internal access control for staff accounts and role permissions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use Unavakam for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise app security or backend systems.
• Upload malicious code, harmful files, or unauthorized data.
• Use the service in a way that interferes with other users or platform stability.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Unavakam is subject to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that operational business data and user account data may be processed and stored to deliver services, support, compliance, and performance improvements.

9. Intellectual Property

Unavakam and all associated software, interfaces, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your internal business operations under these Terms.

10. Service Availability and Updates

We aim to keep Unavakam available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or third-party dependencies may affect availability. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• There is suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Required subscription payments remain overdue.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unavakam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Unavakam and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unavakam, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Unavakam will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When updated, we will revise the Last Updated date on this page. Continued use of Unavakam after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
